The State Bank in Durrës was built on November 10, 1928. The building was designed by Italian architects and realized by the masters from Durrës. From the compositional point of view, it enters the baroque style works, which were used for the first time in our country. A human sculpture is placed on the bank which symbolically represents the war, resistance, and victory over the centuries and the prosperity of the country.
