End e Thur – Ismete Shaba (Artisan)

“End e Thur” is a place with a long history in the production of traditional carpets in Kavaja, promoting the values of handwork, traditional weaving skills and the dream of transmission through generations of this beautiful Albanian art.
In charge of the activity is Ismete Shaba, a woman who learned the craft of weaving carpets from her mother and wants to share this passion with her daughter and granddaughters. Each carpet created by “End eThur” is a product made with special delicacy and dedication, where each one contains a rich history in itself.
